Nancy Sacks

Nancy Sacks M.S. currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development in Manufacturing at Dandy, a position held since August 2022, also fulfilling the role of Training Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Training Manager in Retail from April 2021 to August 2022, and a Regional Manager at Blue Buffalo Co from May 2012 to April 2021. Additional roles include General Manager at Luxottica, Training and Development Manager at West Coast Dental, and Operations Training Specialist at Starbucks, where support was provided for drive-thru operations and training development for District Managers. Nancy Sacks earned a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Purdue Global (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University (2018-2020), and attended the University of California, Davis, with education completed at Lawrence High School.
