Brian Olsen

Brian Olsen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Dane County since February 2017, Brian has also held positions as a Systems Specialist at Applied Tech and a Network Technician at Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Support Technician at Stone Belt Arc, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the Help Desk ticket queue and providing user support. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from Case Western Reserve University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
