Andrea Prette

Andrea Prette is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and talent management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of HR Strategy and Transformation at Danfoss since May 2022, Andrea previously held roles including Senior Lead HR Consultant at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included revamping talent and succession materials, and Lead HR Consultant at Ørsted, managing talent programs and career model initiatives. Prior experience also encompasses roles at Korn Ferry Hay Group and Accenture, focusing on organizational development and change management. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, and Control from Luiss Guido Carli University, along with a High School Diploma in Classics.
