Barbara Schenk

Barbara Schenk serves as the Global Head of Customer Experience and Growth Acceleration at Danfoss since June 2015, overseeing the design and management of corporate global programs focused on enhancing efficiency in sales, customer service, fulfillment, and systems. Previously held roles at Danfoss include Global Head of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included developing global customer experience strategies, eCommerce adoption, and CRM leadership. Prior to Danfoss, Barbara was Managing Director at juwi Energielösungen GmbH and juwi Green Energy GmbH, driving growth in renewable energy sectors and establishing energy provider operations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Juwi Holding AG, IQDoQ GmbH, and HPP Harnischfeger, Pietsch & Partner, focusing on strategic marketing, business development, and management consulting. Barbara holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Justus Liebig University Giessen and is set to complete the Danfoss Strategic Excellence Development Programme at INSEAD in early 2025.
