Véronique Havrehed 蔚红 is a seasoned learning and leadership development professional with extensive experience in various managerial and consultancy roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Global Leadership Development Director at Danfoss since December 2024, Véronique previously held the position of Senior Learning & Leadership Development Consultant at DFDS, where responsibilities included overseeing top talent programs, designing blended learning initiatives, and coaching senior leaders. Experience also includes roles at Celemi, specializing in experiential learning, and freelance training focusing on cross-cultural communication.
