Nglan Leke-Niat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Dangote Industries Limited since June 2020. In this role, Nglan is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies to attract and retain talent across a diverse workforce of over 30,000 employees across 17 African countries. Prior to this position, Nglan accumulated significant experience at Schlumberger from October 2000 to June 2020, holding various leadership roles including HR Services Manager for West and Central Africa and managing regional HR functions for Sub-Saharan Africa. Nglan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a Master's degree in Microbiology from Université Laval, further underscoring a strong academic background in both human resources and scientific disciplines.
