Claudia Yanez serves as the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Daniel Stark Law since July 2013, where leadership and management responsibilities include overseeing the Marketing & Sales teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Claudia's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Director of Prelitigation and New Client Team Operations, leading a team of Case Managers in Central Texas, and managing a substantial caseload. Previous positions include Administrative Assistant at Brazos Valley Oilfield Sales & Services, LLC, Marketing & Sales Assistant at La Carreta Mexican Grill, and Awards and Special Projects Coordinator at Texas A&M University Press. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Blinn College, and is pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
