Mette Nielsen is a seasoned professional in human resources and master data management, currently serving as Senior Manager for HR Master Data at Danish Crown since March 2023. Previously, Mette held the position of HR Master Data Process Owner at Arla Foods from November 2016 to March 2023, leading a Center of Excellence focused on process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders on data quality and technology solutions. Mette also managed a global HR master data team at Arla Foods and led significant projects related to master data governance. Prior to Arla Foods, Mette gained extensive experience at Vestas from January 2009 to November 2016, where roles included driving resource management for the R&D project portfolio and overseeing a global support PLM team. Mette holds an MSc in Business and Development from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA in economics, completed as an exchange student at The University of Western Australia.
