Mathilde Vandenbulcke is an experienced professional in product design and development, currently serving as a Product Design and Development Manager at Danone Nutricia since March 2021, where involvement includes optimizing early life products in collaboration with various teams. Previously, Mathilde held positions as a Research and Development Intern at Danone Nutricia, a Thesis Student at Wageningen University & Research focusing on anthocyanin encapsulation, and an intern in the Quality Department at Panzani Group ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additional experience includes support for nutrition research at the University of Reading. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Food Technology specialized in Food Design from Wageningen University & Research, and an engineering degree in Food and Health from UniLaSalle, complemented by a brief study at the University of Arkansas.
