Aurelien Cohen

Aurelien Cohen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Danone Ventures in the South Cone & Strategic Initiatives since 2011. Aurelien's extensive career includes previous roles as General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel for Danone, as well as Corporate Attorney positions at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Aurelien also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at several prestigious law firms, including Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, and JONES DAY®. Aurelien holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, an MBA from ESSEC Business School, and has completed an exchange program at Tel Aviv University. Aurelien's academic background also includes a Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires-DJCE from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
