Federico Galarza

Federico Galarza has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as the HR Operations & Solutions Lead at Danone since July 2015, overseeing local PX and PA strategies as well as HR Tech and Personnel Administration teams for the South Cone region. Previous roles within Danone include HR Tech PX, PA & Admin Responsible, HR Technology, Efficiency, Analytics & Administration Responsible, and Change Management Analyst, contributing significantly to global and local projects aimed at enhancing HR efficiency and processes, including the Themis project to implement SAP across Country Business Units. Federico began the HR career as a Junior Analyst at Advanced Medical Nutrition, a Danone Company, and Coca-Cola FEMSA, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from UADE.
