Meg Goodyear

Meg Goodyear has extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as Chief Consultant for People & Culture at Danske Bank since October 2018. Previously, at Vestas, leadership roles included Head of Internal Communications, where a strategic communications team was built, and HR Partner to the Senior Vice President of People & Culture. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director for eircom's B2B unit, as well as various roles in change management and employee engagement. Earlier career highlights feature key communications positions at Vestas Wind Systems and editorial leadership at The Hartford Courant. Meg Goodyear holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Delaware.
