Pia Munk-Nielsen

Pia Munk-Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and operational processes. Currently serving as HCM Product Owner at Danske Bank since November 2024, Pia previously held the role of Head of Global People Operations at Milestone Systems, where responsibilities included managing the HCM solution and optimizing HR processes. Prior to that, Pia was Head of HR System & Processes at Kemp & Lauritzen A/S, overseeing the implementation and operation of an HCM system and leading various HR initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in compensation and benefits management at Flügger A/S, continuous improvement at Kopenhagen Fur, and lean program leadership. Pia holds advanced degrees in Supply Chain Management and Production Engineering from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Southern Denmark.
