Andreas Edlund

Andreas Edlund is an experienced trading professional currently serving as a Senior Trader at Danske Commodities since January 2024, where the focus is on trading power futures for the European Renewables and Nordic Trading unit. Prior to this role, Andreas worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Vattenfall Power Management AB from September 2020 to January 2024 and as a Portfolio Manager/analyst and Nordic Power Trader at Shepherd Energy from January 2010 to August 2020. Earlier positions include Risk Manager for Shepherd Energy Fund from January 2005 to December 2007 and a Back Office employee at GE Capital for a brief period in early 2005. Andreas holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Administration, majoring in Finance from Jönköping International Business School, and has also studied at the University of Maastricht and Deakin University.
