Tobias Evar Lauridsen

Tobias Evar Lauridsen is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience across various organizations and roles. Currently a Board Member and co-founder of BSides Aarhus since March 2025, Tobias has been serving as a Senior Information Security Specialist and CISO at Danske Commodities since December 2021. Previously, Tobias held positions such as Cyber Security Manager and IT-Security Adviser at Vestas, and Head of Information Security at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind. With a strong foundation in IT security management developed at ECIT Solutions as Chief Information Security Officer, Tobias has delivered comprehensive security solutions, ensured GDPR compliance, and led teams in internal security initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at DKCERT, IBM Denmark, Arla Foods, and Coop Denmark, demonstrating a diverse background in IT support and security consulting. Tobias holds a degree in Vocational Basic Education from Vejle Business College.
