Heidi Bjerre Lewis has extensive experience in digital marketing, strategy, and project management. Their most recent role was as the Head of Digital Marketing & Innovation at Danske Shoppingcentre. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager Digital Commerce at Columbus A/S. In 2020, they took a sabbatical/family leave, during which they focused on digital strategy, projects, and marketing. Before their sabbatical, they served as a Senior Digital Account Director at OFF ROAD, where they assisted clients with their digital business transformation. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Digital Program Manager, Innovation at FDM, where they led the digital business transformation and implemented several digital projects. Heidi Bjerre also worked as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Babcock & Wilcox Vølund, where they handled digital strategy, project management, and budgeting. Additionally, they held various marketing roles at Munch Møbler A/S, Matas A/S, Royal Copenhagen, and Bang & Olufsen UK Ltd.
Heidi Bjerre Lewis has a diverse education history. In 1993 to 1996, they attended Struer Erhvervsskole (now Struer Statsgymnasium) and obtained a Grade 9.1 in HHX - Higher Commercial Examination, A-levels. In 1998 to 2000, Heidi attended IBA, International Business Academy, Kolding, where they completed an International Major (Akademiøkonom) in International Business Studies.
Heidi then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Coventry University from 2000 to 2001. In 2008 to 2009, they acquired a Web Marketing Manager certification from IBC Innovationsfabrikken. In 2015, Heidi gained expertise in Social Media Management from IBC Innovationsfabrikken.
In 2017, they took courses related to Change Management at Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser, and also completed a Program Management course at the same institution. Additionally, Heidi enhanced their skills in 2021 by obtaining a PRINCE2® Foundation & PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification from Metier.
Heidi has also obtained several additional certifications to complement their education. In 2010, they received Sitecore CMS Advanced User (CAU) certification from Sitecore and completed the Sitecore Online Marketing Suite (OMS 1). In 2016, Heidi obtained an SEO Manager certification in Marketing on Google from IBC Kurser og konsulenthus. Furthermore, they completed a Conflict Management and Resolution course at MBK - Danmarks bedst evaluerede kursuscenter! in 2017. Their most recent certification, in 2022, is the Agillic Basic Configurator & Agillic Data Manager Certification from Agillic.

Danske Shoppingcentre – DSC – is owned by ATP Real Estate and Danica Pension. The company was founded at the beginning of 2018 and consists of a Board of Directors with representatives from both companies and a day-to-day management. Our portfolio of a total of 18 centres corresponds to a market share of 24 % and makes DSC the strongest player in the market. This is a commitment. And it is the company's specified goal to own and develop the best centres in the industry. DSC works both strategically and in practice on ensuring fulfilment of the consumers' needs – even before they arise. We analyse trends to ensure long term investments and satisfied customers and we endeavour to form and modify our centres so that they are consistently up-to-date and attractive to visitors and shoppers. As e-commerce is growing, it is important that the physical centres can provide alternative offers and cover other customer needs, and here we focus on eating places, leisure and high quality service.
