Nikola Vojtek

Nikola Vojtek, PhD, PMI-ACP®, A-CSM®, CSPO®, currently serves as the Director of Professional Development at PMI Serbia Chapter since April 2025, and holds positions at Daon as Engineering Manager and IT Project Manager and Scrum Master since December 2020. With extensive experience in project management as an IT Project Manager at NITES, HolidayPirates Group, SANNE, and Air Serbia, Nikola has worked on various projects encompassing smart grid implementations, web service developments, and client onboarding. An education background that includes a PhD in System Theory and Control from the University of Belgrade, along with multiple degrees in organizational sciences and international business, supports Nikola's professional expertise in agile methodologies and business analysis.
