Kenny Zamora

Kenny Zamora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and project management. Currently serving as Lead Customer Support Agent at Dapper Labs since November 2021, Kenny previously held the role of Customer Support Agent within the same company. As Director and Project Lead at new.wav since February 2015, Kenny has contributed to an event-based platform that highlights emerging musical talent in Toronto. Prior experience includes serving as a Risk Associate at Aritzia, where Kenny was a regional KPI leader and achieved significant recovery from theft investigations. Additionally, Kenny worked as Community Growth Lead at Dx3 Canada, overseeing marketing campaigns, and as Group Leader at Toronto Zoo, managing staff and events.
