Majida Najdawi

Majida Najdawi is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and previously a Senior Human Resources Officer at Dar since December 2008, Majida has demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions. Prior experience includes a position as a Program Officer at NICCOD – Nippon International Cooperation for Community & Development from April 2004 to July 2007, where responsibilities included organizing and coordinating projects in Jordan. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Talal Abu Ghazaleh and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Jordan.
