Nitin Jadhav

Nitin Jadhav is an experienced professional in contracts management with over 19 years in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Contracts Manager at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) since June 2017, Nitin specializes in claim assessment, contract drafting, tender evaluation, dispute resolution, and contract administration. Previous roles include Contracts Administrator and Assistant Manager - Contracts at Saipem, and Assistant Manager - Contracts/Subcontracts at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, where Nitin contributed to significant projects such as the Reliance Jamnagar Export Refinery. Nitin began their career as a Project Engineer at Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd., focusing on mass housing and commercial construction projects. Nitin holds a PG Diploma in Law and Practice in Arbitration from National Law University, Delhi, a Master’s Degree in Construction & Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
