Lindsay Koren

Lindsay Koren serves as the Senior Vice President and Division General Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at Darden, a role held since March 2015, where leadership involves guiding a team of ethics and legal professionals to promote ethical decision-making and integrate compliance into business operations. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at Walmart as an Assistant General Counsel from January 2011 to February 2015, focusing on international compliance across 26 countries and developing related policies and training. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton School of Law, an Associate Attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. Lindsay earned a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. in History from Miami University.
