Bayan Al-Ahmad has over 20 years of work experience in procurement and contracts. They are currently the Head of Procurement and Contracts at DarGlobal since August 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Mi Casa Trading starting from April 2020. Bayan also held the role of Vice President at DAMAC Properties from August 2021 to May 2022. They previously worked at Emaar as the Director of Procurement from September 2016 to April 2020 and at DAMAC Properties as the Director of Procurement from August 2010 to August 2016. Before that, Bayan held positions such as Procurement Manager at Al Rajhi Projects & Const. LLC, Facilities Manager at Dalkia, and Procurement Manager at BMTC Tech. They began their career as a Commercial Engineer at HMS Engineering Services.
Bayan Al-Ahmad completed a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology between 1996 and 2001.
