Hukam also has experience at DAMAC Properties as a Compliance Manager & Group Company Secretary from June 2013 to February 2017, at Emaar MGF as a DGM of Corporate Affairs from October 2008 to May 2013, at Vipul Limited as a Manager of Finance & Company Secretary from April 2004 to September 2008, and at Analysis Finance as a Dy. Finance Manager from April 2001 to March 2004.
Hukam Rawat completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Middlesex University Dubai from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an ACS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Corporate, Banking, Tax, Finance, and Securities Law, from 2000 to 2004. Hukam also holds a B.Com degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they completed from 1993 to 1995.
