Richard H. has been in the workforce since 2013. Richard began their career as an Advanced Teacher's Assistant for Arabic at the University of Colorado Denver. In 2016, they were an Intelligence Analyst for Travel Recon. In 2017, they were a Global Business Development Executive for Migrate and a Business Hub Manager for Migrate America. In 2018, they were a Geopolitical Analyst for Ergo. In 2019, they became a Senior Analyst Team Lead for Circinus, LLC. In 2021, they took on two roles, Pre Sales Engineering Team Lead and Darknet Intelligence Analyst & Sales Engineer for DarkOwl.

Richard H. attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs; Arabic. Richard also attended Yarmouk University in 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Arabic Language and Literature.
