Darkstar Corporation exists to end the imbalance created by extractive, ungoverned AI platforms by scaling the world’s first sovereign, ethics‑sealed legal intelligence infrastructure. We embed arbitration, enforceability, biometric and physical‑object verification, and sovereign data custody directly into the AI runtime itself—transforming law from a reactive framework into an embedded, machine‑executable foundation. Anchored by our Advanced Intelligence Laboratory—a public‑benefit research network with flagship sites in Cambridge (est. 2006) and UC Berkeley (est. 2025)—we co‑develop and validate zero‑storage AI logic, quantum‑informed decision frameworks, and override‑capable ethical controls.
