Brett Aitken, CFA has a strong background in risk management and financial analysis. Brett started their career in 2003 as a Financial Analyst at State Street/PrivateEdge Group, where they generated monthly investor and performance reports for a private equity fund and performed cash flow analysis. In 2005, Brett joined Sungard BancWare as a Senior Consultant, leading implementation projects using Asset/Liability Management solutions for banking and financial institutions. Brett played a key role in building and validating reporting packages for decision-making in Asset/Liability Committees. In 2010, Brett joined Darling Consulting Group as a Senior Risk Management Consultant, where they assessed institutions' financial risk processes, provided recommendations for improvement, and worked with clients to enhance their stress testing processes. Brett later became a Manager and then a Director of Risk Management Analytics & Validations, overseeing risk management projects and providing strategic guidance.
