Jeffrey Reynolds has over 25 years of work experience in the financial industry. Jeffrey started their career as a Staff Auditor at New England Mutual Life Ins Co in 1994, where they worked until 1994. Jeffrey then joined Shatswell, MacLeod & Company, P.C. as a Staff Auditor from 1995 to 1996. Since 1996, Jeffrey has been working at Darling Consulting Group, where they currently hold the position of Managing Director. In this role, they advise over 25 financial institutions with a combined total of $80 billion in assets. Jeffrey is also actively involved in the development of cloud-based decision support tools and is a frequent author and speaker on balance sheet management topics.

Jeffrey Reynolds completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting at Salem State University in 1994.
