Antoine Poulet-Mathis is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. As Group CFO at DARON GROUP since March 2022, Antoine drives financial strategy and operations. Previously, as Finance and Administration Director for Brazil at Perenco from September 2011 to January 2021, responsibilities included establishing the Brazilian production subsidiary, securing contracts, and overseeing administrative operations. Antoine held various finance managerial roles across Latin America and Africa, including overseeing subsidiaries in Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador, Gabon, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Earlier career highlights include finance management positions at Bourbon, along with a financial auditing role at Mazars. Antoine holds degrees from TBS Education and CRA Formation.
