Since November 2017, Joanne has served as Chief Of Staff at Dart Enterprises Ltd. and, concurrently, has held the position of VP Organisation Development & Culture at Dart Enterprises (Cayman) Ltd. since September 2014, focusing on employee engagement and the development of a values-based organizational culture. Prior roles include Senior Property Manager at Dart Realty Cayman Ltd. and Senior Manager Organizational Development and Administration at Dart Enterprises. Prior to these positions, Joanne was Business Development Manager at Active Capital Ltd. and BD Manager at Island Companies Ltd. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Portsmouth and an educational background from CIHS.
