Justin Howe has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and real estate asset management fields. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Asset Management and VP Development at Dart since March 2003, Justin previously held key roles at Hadsphaltic International Ltd as Project Manager from 1998 to 2003 and at Jackson Civil Engineering as Senior Project Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Site Civil Engineer at Hadsphaltic International Ltd and Taylor Wimpey plc from 1994 to 1996 and 1992 to 1994, respectively. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
