Carolyn Isabelle possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development, serving as System Vice President at Dartmouth Health since May 2013, with a progression through various roles including Director of Workforce Development & Planning, Workforce Strategy Manager, Workforce Development Specialist/Consultant, and Executive Assistant. Prior to Dartmouth Health, Carolyn worked at Bruce Power as a Training Officer and Project Analyst, and at Charlton Resorts as a Food & Beverage Manager. Additional experience includes a position as a Staff Accountant at Takalo & Burt Chartered Accountants. Carolyn holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Conestoga College, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Concierge Services from Fanshawe College.
