Jason Vallee, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the fields of business, healthcare, and academia. Jason is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Business at Colby-Sawyer College since 2022. Previously, they worked at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics, where they held various roles including Physician Development Coach - Program Lead, Director of Achieving Excellence, and Director of Human Resources Development from 2007 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock as the Vice President. Jason also has experience in academia, serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Community and Family Medicine at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College from 2013 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Professor of Management & Economics at Johnson & Wales University from 2001 to 2007.

Jason Vallee, Ph.D. completed their education as follows: Jason obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Plymouth State University from 1992 to 1996. Then, from 2001 to 2006, they attended Fielding Graduate University where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Development. In 2008, they obtained a certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt - Healthcare from Villanova University. Furthermore, they have also obtained various additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Villanova University in 2008 and a Physician Development Coach certification from the Physician Coaching Institute in 2018. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained Primal Health Coach Level 1 & Level 2 certification from the Primal Health Coach Institute. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Mediator from Middlebury College, obtained in 2007.
