Taylor Hall

Taylor Hall is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Dartmouth College since June 2023. Prior to this role, Taylor held various positions at Irving Oil, including Human Resources Manager and HR Partner from October 2016 to June 2023. Taylor's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at The Brattleboro Retreat, a specialty mental health treatment center, from September 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, Taylor worked as a Recruiting Manager at Alexander Technology Group for a brief period in 2014 and started a career in customer service at Lowe's Home Improvement from May 2011 to January 2013. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keene State College between 2010 and 2014.
