James Spencer is a project coordinator at Darwin Group, focusing on cost management and financial control during the pre-construction stages of projects. Previously, as an architectural assistant at Johnson Design Partnership Ltd, James specialized in luxury properties and high-end extensions to listed buildings, navigating complex planning processes. An internship at Studio RBA preceded these roles. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Sheffield Hallam University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management at Birmingham City University.
