André Hotta is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in startup ecosystems and community building. As COO, Partner, CMO, and Head of Community at Darwin Startups since January 2018, André has played a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurship. André co-founded and serves as CEO of Origem by Darwin, which aims to empower individuals to become entrepreneurial. Previous roles include CMO and co-founder of Intexfy, a data enrichment platform, and Regional Manager at both Techstars and UP Global, where André led initiatives to support entrepreneurs globally. André founded SmartMob Coworking to create a vibrant community for entrepreneurs and has held positions in engineering and project consultancy at WEG and other companies. André holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration.
