Marcelo Bruniere currently serves as an Especialista em pessoas & cultura at Darwin Startups since February 2024 and has been an Editor Assistente at Revista Psicologia Política since August 2021. Marcelo's past roles include Professor de psicologia at Anhanguera Educacional, where tenure lasted from August 2022 to August 2024, and a consultant in psychology for startups at LinKapital. Notably, Marcelo contributed to the Black Founders Fund Brasil initiative at Darwin Startups, aimed at supporting early-stage startups led by Black entrepreneurs in Brazil. Marcelo has also coordinated a music therapy workshop at Instituto Arco-Íris and has psychotherapeutic experience focused on elderly care. Marcelo holds a Mestrado and Doutorado in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from the same institution, and a Licenciatura in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual do Mato Grosso.
