Otávio Augusto Picasky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and startup management, currently serving as Co-Founder at Adoy.ai since June 2024 and as a Partner at Darwin Startups since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing investment and portfolio management. Prior roles include overseeing startup progress as a Special Ops intern at Darwin Startups, as well as gaining administrative and financial experience as an intern at Intersecti - App Interactive. Otávio began involvement in leadership and internship management at AIESEC and gained initial experience as an intern at Exportadora São Francisco. Otávio holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, completed in 2017.
