Wesley Wen Xu

Wesley Wen Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management and technology-driven solutions within the real estate and telecommunications sectors. As the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Dash Living since December 2019, Wesley oversees revenue management, sales and marketing, and data analysis, driving the mission to create a global accommodation community. Additionally, Wesley is the founder of Easycity, a tech coliving startup established in 2016 that simplifies rental experiences in Singapore. With previous roles as an investor in JI Hotel and as a Business Development Manager at Monopond, Wesley has demonstrated expertise in diverse fields such as project engineering and online community development, starting with foundational experience at Dalian Fisheries University and Korea Maritime & Ocean University, where Wesley earned master's degrees in Maritime Law and Fishery Law and Economy.
