Mogens Birch

Mogens Birch possesses extensive experience in finance and administration within the meat industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Administration & Controlling at DAT-Schaub A/S since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mogens Birch held the position of Senior Manager for Finance & Administration Fresh Meat at Danish Crown Foods from September 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Chef for driftskontrol & produktteknisk afdeling at Tican Fresh Meat A/S between October 2017 and September 2019, along with a lengthy tenure at Danish Crown from March 1998 to September 2017, during which Mogens Birch was also a Board Member. Educational qualifications include studies at Business Institut Aalborg and Mannaz in Copenhagen.
