Karen Higgins

Karen Higgins is an experienced contracts professional with a robust background in negotiating, reviewing, and preparing a wide range of agreements, including software license agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Currently serving as Contracts Manager and previously as Contract Specialist at Data Intensity since April 2018, Karen has also held positions at Attunity, MFS Investment Management, Arbor Networks, and Picis, Inc., where responsibilities included establishing company policies and procedures, as well as participating in certification audits related to the medical software and pharmaceutical industries. Karen holds educational qualifications from Franklin Pierce University obtained between 2015 and 2018.
