Sylvia Zhang

Sylvia (Shan) Zhang is a PhD candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience at UC San Diego, with a projected graduation date in September 2024. Currently serving as Vice President of Project at APD Consulting Club and as a Data Science Intern at Data Science Alliance, Zhang leads teams in market research and develops predictive models for local food banks. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and extensive research positions at UC San Diego and the University of California, Davis, including research assistantships in neurophysiology and data analysis. Zhang holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Neurophysiology, Physiology and Behavior, and Cognitive Science with a neuroscience emphasis from the University of California, Davis.
