Joost Afman founded Data Science Lab. in August 2016, where the philosophy is centered around the value of data and providing new insights, exploring growth opportunities, and determining strategies together. Before that, Joost worked at InWork Talent Solutions from May 2008 to July 2016 in various roles such as Manager, Business Development Manager, and Account Manager, offering quality and affordable solutions in the ICT and Techniek sectors. Prior to that, Joost served as the Marketing Manager at F Care Systems from November 2006 to July 2007, a producer and distributor of medical and aesthetic products in the Benelux region.
