Smriti Bali is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in company secretarial roles. Currently serving as Senior Director Finance and Company Secretary at the Data Security Council of India since April 2021, Smriti previously held various positions within the same organization from November 2008 to March 2018, including Deputy Director and Senior Manager. Prior to this, Smriti worked as Manager Finance at Compare Infobase Limited from April 2000 to October 2008. Smriti's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, complemented by an Executive Certification in Financial Accounting and Auditing from XLRI Jamshedpur. Smriti is also pursuing leadership training in the social sector through the India Leaders for Social Sector program.
