Early career at DSI® from 1998 to 2015 included strategic account management and pre-sales support, while prior experience at ENBC Corporation involved overseeing the Information Technology Department. James began professional career as a Systems Specialist at Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp after earning a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1982 to 1986.
