Carlos Gouveia has extensive experience in management and professional services within the IT industry. Currently serving as General Manager for Victoria and Tasmania at Data#3 since September 2016, Carlos previously held the position of General Manager of Professional Services at JB Hi-Fi from June 2015 to September 2016. Carlos’s early career at Data#3 included the role of Professional Services Manager from January 2011 to June 2015, overseeing networking, data center, and Microsoft domains. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Dimension Data, initially as a Microsoft Solutions Sales Manager and later as a Professional Services Manager, where significant improvements in sales effectiveness and the development of a pricing model were achieved. Carlos holds a BCom in Marketing from the University of Pretoria, completed in 1995.
