Bettina Michl is an experienced professional specializing in strategic design, co-creation, and human-centered process design. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Designer at data4life since April 2019, Bettina also holds the position of Founder and CEO at tiefenschaerfe, which focuses on new product and service design, team productivity enhancement, and design thinking implementation for various prominent clients including Mercedes Benz, BMWi, and AIRBUS. Additionally, Bettina contributes to academia as a Teaching Fellow at Bauhaus Hochschule Anhalt and a teacher at HPI School of Design Thinking. Previous roles include CEO at launchlabs GmbH and an expert in human factors at IG for IS. Bettina's academic background includes a Diplom from the University of Potsdam and studies at Karl-Ruprechts Universität Heidelberg and Sciences Po.

With an international team, Data4Life is working towards its vision of a world where health data is ready for research in the areas of public health and personalized medicine to improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
