Yarochevska Alena is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Global IT Recruiter and Recruitment Partner at DataArt since July 2021. With extensive experience in international recruitment, Yarochevska manages the full cycle of recruitment across multiple countries, including Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, and the USA, specializing in Java-related positions for various levels from Middle to Lead. In addition to recruitment, Yarochevska teaches a course on the full recruitment process for Junior Recruiters at Hillel IT School, focusing on material preparation, online lecturing, and student feedback. Prior to these roles, Yarochevska was a Recruitment Lead at Cleveroad, managing recruitment for various levels, and held roles as IT Recruiter and Project Manager at HOMSTER LIMITED. Yarochevska holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Physics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
