Joanne Noble is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and employee experience management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Databook since March 2022, Joanne previously held the position of Employee Experience Manager at Cognoa, where responsibilities included tracking employee engagement using Culture Amp, managing onboarding processes, and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Joanne’s prior roles also include serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at both Cognoa and SkyStream Networks, where tasks involved coordinating board meetings, managing travel itineraries, and overseeing office operations. With a background in health education and instructional assistance, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara, Joanne demonstrates a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.
