Bart Samwel has a diverse work experience starting in 1997 at BCI b.v. as an Application Engineer doing C++ programming. Bart then moved on to roles at Intergraph Benelux B.V., Universiteit Leiden, Centric IT Solutions, and Aia Software B.V. before joining Google Netherlands B.V. in 2010. At Google, they advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Staff Software Engineer. In 2018, they transitioned to Databricks, where they currently hold the role of Senior Staff Engineer.
Bart Samwel completed their MSc in Computer Science at Leiden University from 1995 to 2007.
