Candice Murray

Candice Murray is an experienced HR and people operations leader currently serving as Chief of Staff, People & M&A Lead at Databricks since January 2020, where previous roles include Chief of Staff, People and Director, HR Business Partner. Prior to Databricks, Candice accumulated significant experience at Splunk from March 2010 to December 2019, holding positions such as Director and Sr. HR Business Partner, as well as HR Manager and HR Generalist. Candice began their career at The White House Office of Management and Budget as a Confidential Assistant from June 2007 to January 2009. An alumnus of Hollins University, Candice earned a Bachelor's Degree while actively participating in leadership roles, including Class President and Class Vice President.
